Our Administration
ALC administration brings a vast amount of education, experience and knowledge the center. The Board of Directors, and center director ensure the mission and vision of ALC is carried out on a daily bases through the programs we offer. Through grant writing, fund raising, and partnering with corporate sponsors, ALC administrators gather funding to support the mission of ALC.

Our staff also attends regular training courses relevant to early childhood education which ensures we are kept up to date and are constantly bringing fresh ideas to the center
Individual Care Staff All staff at ALC work as a team, however, ALC operates a individual care system for infants and toddlers, which means that one member of the staff will take a special interest and develop a close relationship with you and your child. When you first start at our center, your individual care worker will discuss with you your child’s likes and dislikes and any routine your child may have. The individual care worker will be responsible for observing and monitoring your child’s development while at the center. This will be recorded in your child’s individual development portfolio. These records will be available for you to view at any time and you may make your own comments if you wish. Parents should be confident that any matters discussed with any member of staff would remain confidential, as is our policy.
